摘　　要：复发和转移是限制肿瘤临床治疗疗效的瓶颈。近些年,产生和发展了肿瘤干细胞理论,试图解释这种现象。本文就肿瘤干细胞研究的理论基础、现状及前景做一综述。Recurrence and metastasis after treatment is a key to limit the clinical efficacy of tumor treatment.In recent years,the emergence and development of a cancer stem cell theory tried to explain this phenomenon.This article will review the theoretical basis,status and prospects of cancer stem cell.
