摘  要:目的:探讨垂体动态增强扫描并延迟扫描对鉴别垂体微腺瘤与垂体Rathke’s囊肿的价值。方法:对45例垂体微腺瘤与16例垂体Rathke’s囊肿患者的垂体MRI动态增强扫描并延迟扫描的影像图进行回顾性分析,主要观察垂体内病变的强化特点。结果:垂体微腺瘤的强化特点为动态增强扫描信号强度弱于正常垂体,延迟扫描信号强度高于正常垂体或与正常垂体相仿。垂体Rathke’s囊肿的强化特点为动态增强扫描信号无明显强化,延迟扫描仍无对比剂进入。结论:延迟扫描对比剂是否进入是垂体微腺瘤与垂体Rathke’s囊肿的主要鉴别点。Objective:To study the changes of the images of dynamic enhancement scan and Delayed enhancement scan to distinguish pituitary microadenoma and pituitary rathke cleft cyst.Methods:The MRI images of 45 cases with pituitary microadenoma and 16 cases with pituitary rathke cleft cyst were studied retrospectively,mainly to observe the enhancement characteristic.Results:The enhancement characteristic of pituitary microadenoma was that the signal intension was less than the normal pituitary tissue in in dynamic enhancement scan and more or similar in delayed enhancement scan.The enhancement characteristic of pituitary rathke cleft cyst was that no obvious enhancement happened in dynamic enhancement scan and no contrast medium filled in delayed enhancement scan.Conclusion:The main point is the contrast medium filling in the affection or not to distinguish the pituitary microadenoma and pituitary rathke cleft cyst.
