摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤的临床、核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)及病理表现特点。方法:回顾性分析经手术及组织病理学证实的66例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的MRI特征及其相关病理学改变。结果:66例腮腺多形性腺瘤中59例位于浅叶,4例位于深叶,3例同时位于浅叶及深叶;63例(95.5%)T1WI表现为低信号,T2WI表现为高信号,增强扫描均有不同程度不均匀强化。结论:腮腺多形性腺瘤的MRI有一定特征性,对临床诊断有一定参考价值。Objective： To discuss the characteristics of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma in MRI.Methods： The MRI characteristics of 66 cases were studied retrospectively,and correlated with the surgery and pathology findings.The age of 66 cases ranged from 16 to 79,with a mean of 56.8.The ratio of male to female was 0.7：1.Fifty-nine tumors locateel in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland,2 in deep lobe,5 in both superficial and deep lobes.Results： 63 cases showed low signal intensity on T1WI and high intensity on T2WI,and all 66 cases showed a strong homogeneous enhancement after administration of contrast medium.The accuracy of MRI in location and pathology were 98.3% and 95.1% respectively.Conclusion： There were certain MRI characteristics in pleomorphic adenoma.Dynamic MRI is valuable for reference.
