摘 要:目的本研究分析蝇蛆干粉营养素含量,并研究蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病的抗氧化损伤能力和可能的机制。方法用化学等方法测定各种营养素的含量,用试剂盒测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果蝇蛆干粉营养丰富,蛋白质61.4%,脂肪达12.3%,壳聚糖为10.8%。蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性高血糖大鼠的作用与模型对照组相比,中、高剂量组血清SOD活性明显提高,其中中剂量组相差显著(P<0.05),高剂量组非常显著(P<0.01);中、高剂量组血清GSH-Px活性有明显的提高,中、高剂量组均有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);中、高剂量组血清MDA含量有明显下降,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论蝇蛆干粉营养丰富,蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病有显著的抗氧化损伤能力。Objective To determine the nutrient contents of fly maggot powder,as well as to explore the effect and possible mechanisms of flyblow chitosan on anti-oxidation.Methods The contents of nutrients were analyzed by chemical methods.The activity of SOD,GSH-Px,MOD were analyzed through the method of kit.Results Fly maggot powder was rich in nutrition,with 61.4% of protein,12.3% of fatty,and 10.8% of flyblow chitosan.The activity of SOD in medium-and high-dose groups increased significantly compared with the control group,with the medium-dose group witnessed significant difference(P0.05) and the high-dose group witnessed highly significant difference(P〈0.01).The activity of GSH-Px also increased significantly in both medium-and high-dose groups(P〈0.01).The serum MDA content decreased significantly in both medium-and high-dose groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion The fly maggot powder is rich in nutrition.Flyblow chitosan has significant anti-oxidant capability.
