摘 要:本文从当前高校创新团队建设的实践出发,重点研究产学研战略联盟下基于研发链、产业链和服务链三类高校创新团队建构模式的形成条件与主导动力,深入分析三类高校创新团队可持续发展的运行机制,具体包括权益分配机制、考核评价机制、激励约束机制等,系统地揭示高校创新团队认定、组建、管理、运行、评估和激励的内在规律,从而为保障高校创新团队建立起利益一致、资源共享、共建联动、开放共赢的协同创新机制以及实现从组织推动型向创新驱动型的管理变革提供理论基础,并提出相应的可操作性建议。From the perspective of practice of current universities' innovation team construction, the paper has conducted a key study on the formation conditions and leading dynamics of research-based, indus- try-based and service-based construction models of universities' innovation teams within ISR (Indus- try-service-research) strategic alliance. The operation mechanism for the sustainable development of the three types of innovation teams is also analyzed in the paper, including mechanisms in equity allo- cation, evaluation, and incentive and constraints. And then, it systematically discloses the internal laws of universities' innovation teams in their certification, construction, management, operation, e- valuation and incentive, and thus offers a theoretical basis for universities' innovation teams to build a cooperative innovation mechanism for mutual interests, shared resources, collective cooperation and win-win goal. Some feasible suggestions are also proposed in the paper.
