摘　　要：以创新管理研究领域中的个体、行为、环境三个方面作为研究视角,对理工科博士生群体创新绩效影响因素的内容与结构进行了系统识别。在理论扎根的基础上,通过对1508名博士生进行的实证调研,提炼出影响理工科博士生创新绩效的三级指标体系。结合回归分析的结果,对我国博士生的培养模式提出了具体管理建议。Taking individual,behavior and environment in the research area of innovation management as its study perspectives,the paper has systematically recognized the influencing factors′ contexts and structures of innovation performance of doctoral students in science and engineering.An empirical survey covering 1508 doctoral students has been conducted based on theories,and a three-level evaluation system which can influence the doctoral students＇ innovation performance is proposed.Combining the results of regression analysis,the paper has suggested some detailed management methods in establishing a training model for the dorctoral students in our country.
