摘 要:该文针对感应电机损耗进行实验测试和2D有限元建模。首先搭建了感应电机损耗测试的实验平台,在三相正弦波驱动电机的情况下,测得电机空载时的风阻与摩擦损耗、铜损耗以及铁损耗。根据实验测试结果,建立了较精确的感应电机损耗2D有限元模型。在三相正弦波电源驱动负载电机和PWM波电源驱动空载/负载电机时,利用该有限元仿真模型和实验平台分别计算和测试了电机各种损耗。实验结果有效地证实了仿真模型的正确性。Experimental testing and 2-D finite element(FE) modeling of losses in induction machines are presented in this paper.Firstly,the experimental bench is set up,to test the losses of induction machines.The windage friction loss,copper loss and iron loss are measured when the machine is without-load and driven by 3-phase sinusoidal supply.Based on the results of the test,a more accurate 2-D FE model of losses for induction machine is developed.And the losses in the induction machine are predicted and measured by the model and experimental bench respectively when the loaded machine is driven by sinusoidal supply and the without-load/loaded machine is driven by PWM supply.Furthermore,the experimental results are found to be consistent with the results from simulation.
