摘　　要：围绕济宁学院化工专业创新型人才的培养,分析了新建地方本科院校化工专业存在的问题。结合化工专业课程教学与专业实践,着重从加强实践和培养科研创新能力等方面,介绍了济宁学院化工专业创新型人才的培养模式。A series of problems existing in the local newly-built universities are analyzed based on the chemical engineering talent cultivation of Jining University.Emphasizing experiment and exercise teaching,the practice,the experience and the effects of cultivating innovative and applied-type talents in chemical engineering education are introduced.The mode of cultivating integrated talents is discussed based on the current situation of Jining University.
