摘　　要：高校生物学实验室是教学、科研的重要场所,实验室的生物安全对工作人员的健康及整个高校的可持续发展至关重要。针对综合性大学生物学实验室的生物安全特点,结合国家相关法规、准则,从病原微生物的分类、实验室安全水平、实验室生物安全屏障、生物学操作技术规范及实验活动生物风险评估等方面探讨了如何保证高校实验室的生物安全。Biological laboratories of colleges and universities are major spaces for teaching and scientific research.Laboratory biosafety is very important not only for the health of working staff in the laboratory but also for the continuous development of the whole university.Based on the characteristics of laboratory biosafety in general universities and the laws or regulations issued by the government,the ways for securing laboratory biosafety were discussed from several aspects,such as the classification of microbiological pathogens,biological safety levels,biosafety barriers,standard operating procedure and risk assessment.
