摘　　要：高校政府采购的有效实施必须建立在适度竞争的基础上,但在实际的高校政府采购过程中,常常出现竞争不足或竞争过度的问题。如何在竞争的引入、竞争的调节、竞争的保护诸环节中采取有力措施,实现适度竞争,对提高高校政府采购的效益至关重要。Effective implementation of government procurement for colleges and universities must be based on appropriate competition,but the problem of excessive competition or lack of competition appears.How to take effective measures in the respect of competition introduction,competition regulation and competition protection so as to realize appropriate competition is very significant for efficiency improvement in government procurement for colleges and universities.
