摘　　要：从电子预印本内涵入手,阐述了电子预印本资源在学术交流和学术发展中的作用,详细探讨了电子预印本资源在实际科研和学习中的现状与问题,并指出了我国电子预印本系统的努力方向。From the meaning of the electronic preprints,in this paper,the connotation of e-print resources in academic exchanges and the role of academic development were expounded an then the present situation and problems of the e-print resources were discussed.Finally,the direction of the e-print archive in China was pointed out.
