健胃愈疡片对妊娠妇女胃酸相关性胃十二指肠病变症状的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的评价中成药健胃愈疡片对妊娠或不适宜经典抗幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）治疗等特殊人群胃酸相关性胃十二指肠病变的治疗作用。方法入选标准为患有剑突下疼痛、饥饿痛、烧心、反酸、腹胀等基本症状的胃酸相关性胃十二指肠病变患者,以72例孕期4~26周、病程6~20个月的妊娠妇女作为治疗组,采用健胃愈疡片治疗;以64例病程为6~48个月的普通成人患者为对照组,采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑和铋剂四联用药治疗,疗程均为2周。结果 2组疗效显著者症状改善情况比较均无显著性差异（P均〉0.05）,治疗组反酸、腹胀胃肠动力紊乱和功能性消化不良的症状改善率略高于对照组。结论健胃愈疡片治疗胃酸相关性胃十二指肠病变症状有较高的普及推荐使用指数。Objective It is to evaluate the treatment effects of proprietary Chinese medicines Jianwei Yuyang tablets on pregnancy or not suitable for the classic anti-H.pylori special populations such as the treatment of gastric acid gastroduodenal diseases.Methods The criteria was taken from xiphoid under pain,hunger pain,heartburn,acid and abdominal distension as the basic symptoms of gastric acid gastroduodenal diseases.72 cases of pregnancy 4~26 weeks,the course of 6~20 months pregnant women were in treatment group and treated with Jianwei Yuyang tablets.64 cases of the course 6~48 months general adult patients were in control group and treated with omeprazole,Amoxicillin,metronidazole and bismuth four-drug therapy.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results There was no significant difference on the curative cases in the two groups（P0.05）.Treatment group on acid,abdominal distension and other gastrointestinal motility disorders and functional dyspepsia symptoms improved slightly higher than control group.Conclusion Jianwei Yuyang tablets for the treatment of gastric acid gastroduodenal disease symptoms has high popularity recommended index.
