摘 要:【目的】了解广西致病性猪链球菌2型(SS2)菌株的毒力基因表型,为广西SS2的防制提供分子生物学依据。【方法】应用PCR技术对分离自发病猪的SS2菌株进行荚膜多糖糖基转移酶基因(CPS2J)、溶菌酶释放蛋白基因(MRP)、细胞外蛋白因子基因(EF)、溶血素基因(SLY)和谷氨酸脱氢酶基因(GDH)5种毒力基因检测。【结果】60%菌株的基因表型为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+/GDH+,30%为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH-,10%为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH+。【结论】CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+是广西致病性SS2菌株的主要基因表型,与从江苏、四川SS2疫区分离获得的菌株基因表型一致,今后应加强对SS2毒力基因的监测,严防SS2疫情暴发。[Objective]The present study was undertaken to investigate the virulent phenotype of the pathogenic Streptococcus suis type 2 (SS2), isolated from sick pigs in Guangxi for providing molecular basis to control SS2 in Guangxi. [Method]PCR method was used to detect 5 virulent genes of SS2 isolates in Guangxi including capsular polysaccharides 2J gene (CPS2J), muramidate released protein gene(MRP), extracellular factor gene (EF), suilysin gene (SLY) and glutamate dehydrogenase gene (GDH). [Result]The results showed that 60% of the phenotypes of SS2 isolates were CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+/GDH+, 30% were CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH- and 10% were CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH+. [Conclusion]The results indicated that CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+ was one of the dominant virulent phenotype in the pathogenic SS2 isolated from Guangxi, similar to prevent from the SS2 isolates collected from Jiangsu and Sichuan Provinces. The monitoring of SS2 virulent gene should be strengthened to prevent from breaking out the existing SS2 epidemics.
