摘  要:参照渐开线圆柱齿轮静强度计算方法,提出点线啮合齿轮短期过载的强度计算方法。在短期过载最大接触应力计算中,提出两种情况下的计算方法。修正了短期过载最大接触应力计算公式,增加了考虑凹凸齿廓接触情况的两个系数(凹凸齿廓接触线长度变化系数和单对齿C点载荷系数)。修正了大齿轮的短期过载齿根弯曲应力计算公式,在公式中增加大齿轮弯曲强度提高倍数。针对计算中短期过载的最大载荷不易获得的情况,提出估算静强度接触安全系数和静强度弯曲安全系数的方法。Referencing static strength calculation methods of involute column gear,strength calculation methods of short period overload is put forward about point-line meshing gear.Calculation methods are put forward in two conditions about the maximal contact stress of short period overload.A amendment calculation formula is put forward about the maximal contact stress of short period overload.A line of contact variation factor of concave convex tooth outline and a coefficient of load of single tooth C point are put forward.Load-bearing effect is reflected by them.A amendment calculation formula is put forward about root of tooth bending stress of big gear short period overload.A big gear flexural strength increasing multiple is added in the formula.According to the condition that it is different from the maximal load gotten,methods are put forward that static strength contact coefficient of safety and curving oefficient of safety are estimated.
