摘 要:作为阀门外密封元件的波纹管是影响阀门外密封性能的关键部件,掌握工作状态下的应力状况非常重要。基于有限元方法建立了阀门用波纹管的爆破压力分析方法,同时采用有限元计算和试验相结合的方法,分析了波纹管的爆破压力。研究结果表明,波纹管的爆破压力值为61.4 MPa,有限元计算结果为59.44 MPa,二者数值和位置都基本吻合。波纹管最大受压应力发生在波谷内壁,不会对结构产生破坏;最大受拉应力发生在波峰内壁,结构爆破从波峰内壁开始。The outside sealing component-corrugated tube of valve can affect outside sealing properties of valve,so it is important to understand the stress condition under the working status.In this paper,a simulation way of stress analysis on corrugated tube of valves was established based on finite element analysis methods.Combined with test,the bursting pressure of corrugated tube was analyzed.The result showed that test value of bursting pressure of the corrugated tube was 61.4 MPa,and the finite element computed value was 59.4 MPa.The test value and the destructible position tallied the analogue computation results.When the maximum pressure stress occurred in the wave trough intine of the corrugated tube,the structural failure did not happened.When the maximum stretch stress occurred in the wave crest intine of the corrugated tube,the structural failure generated from wave crest intine.
