摘 要:为了提高喷涂的精度和质量,节省人力,在PCB生产过程中,可采用自动喷涂代替传统手工涂防潮剂。基于此想法的一个实际案例中,硬件方面使用工控机、PLC和机械手进行控制,采用喷枪和压力桶进行喷涂;软件方面以LabVIEW为主要载体,同时通过继电器指令和串行指令实现工控机与PLC、机械手控制器的通讯,从而达到自动喷涂的目的。旨在设计出一套可以完成自动喷涂操作的系统,除以上基本的软硬件设计外,考虑到实际生产中可能遇到的问题,特别设计了故障处理程序,同时进行了一些必要的硬件和软件优化。In order to improve the accuracy and quality of spraying and save human resources,manual-spraying could be replaced by auto-spraying in the production of PCB.This paper is an actual case based on the conception.In the aspect of hardware,IPC,PLC and robot are connected for the control system,while auto-spraying gun and pressure tank are connected for the spraying work.In the aspect of software,IPC chooses LabVIEW,which is the main carrier to make IPC communicate with PLC and robot controller through relay and serial port.The purpose of this paper is to design a system that can do the auto-spraying work by itself,and considering the unpredictable problems that might occur during the industrial production,as an addition of the basic software design,an executive program is also made in case of malfunction.Meantime,necessary optimization on both hardware and software levels are carried out.
