摘　　要：目的:探讨野战方舱医院在抗震救灾中使用胃镜的操作与洗消。方法:对抗震救灾中4例患者进行了实际胃镜操作。结果:高原地区抗震救灾中胃镜检查能提高消化系统疾病的诊断治愈率。结论:在抗震救灾中,方舱医院使用胃镜可以提高消化疾病患者的诊治率。Objective To explore the use and decontamination of endoscopy by the field hospital in the earthquake relief operation.Methods Four cases were analyzed with the use of actual gastroscopy in the earthquake relief.Results The utilization of endoscopy in the high altitude earthquake relief could improve the cure rate of digestive diseases.Conclusion In the earthquake relief,the utilization of endoscopy by the compartment hospital can improve the diagnosis and treatment rates of patients with digestive diseases.
