摘  要:双金属复合管是由两种不同的金属复合而成的一种新型管材,综合利用了内外管两种不同材料的性能,具有广泛的应用前景.根据对双金属复合管滚压成形过程原理分析,建立双金属复合管的力学模型.采用弹塑性理论,分析了在滚压成形过程中金属薄壁内管及厚壁外管的应力应变状态,通过变形协调条件,得出了外管在弹塑性变形状态时卸压后胀管压力与残余接触压力之间的关系,并根据外管所处的变形状态,确定了胀管压力及残余接触压力的工作范围.The bimetal clad pipe is a new type of pipe which is made of different metals.It shears the advantage of the characteristics of the inner and outer pipe materials,so it has a wide application perspective.Based on the principle analysis to roll forming process of the bimetal clad pipe,the mechanical models for both inner pipe and outer pipe are established.By utilizing elastic-plastic theory,the stress and strain of the thin-walled metal inner pipe and thick-walled outer pipe are analyzed during the roll forming process.The calculating formulas related the residual contact pressure between layers and the expanding pressure has been derived by using the distortion matching coordinating conditions,when outer pipe arrives at the elastic-plastic deformation state after relieving expanding pressure.The variable range of the expanding pressure and the residual contact pressure are obtained according to the deformation state of outer pipe.
