摘　　要：外文期刊的馆藏质量和保障率的高低会直接影响高校ESI学科建设水平。外刊馆藏在学科配置比例上须在兼顾全校科研信息需求的基础上,重点保障ESI学科的科研信息需求。同时通过引入营销理念,开展期刊推介服务和读者定题跟踪信息服务,借鉴IC2服务理念,促进高校的ESI学科创新发展。The quality of foreign periodicals collections and the rate of ensuring will influence the development of ESI subject.The subject collocation must emphases the ESI subject based on giving attention to all the subjects.Then through using the marketing and IC2 idea for reference,commending the foreign periodicals collections and following up the readers＇ scientific research information demand,accelerate the development of ESI subject.
