摘　　要：学习是一种独特的文化现象。"检察学习文化"就是指检察机关和检察官在开展学习知识、认识世界、掌握规律、传承文明、强化法律监督、维护公平正义、促进社会和谐的实践活动中,所形成的关于学习的动机、目的等价值理念,关于学习活动的方法、手段、习惯等行为方式,以及关于学习活动的组织形式、制度、机制等系统的有机统一体。加强检察学习文化建设,建设学习型检察院,是检察机关服务科学发展和实现自身工作科学发展的迫切需要。Study is particular cultural phenomena.Inspection study culture refers to the unity of the purpose and motivation of the study,the method and the habit in studying and the organizing form,regulation and mechanics in study activities,which come into being in the course of gaining knowledge,getting to know the world,mastering the regulations,inheriting culture,strengthening legal supervision,maintaining justice and promoting the social harmony.It is of great necessity to strengthen the construction of study culture and construct the study-oriented procuratorate.
