高职院校图书档案馆员职业倦怠现象剖析

摘　　要：职业倦怠在学校有较高发生率。高职图书档案馆员作为高职院校中兼有教师和图书档案工作员双重身份的特殊人群,其职业倦怠的状况由来已久。如何从源头上加以预防和化解,这对于加强图书、档案人员的身心健康,提高工作绩效,促进高职图书、档案工作的更好更快发展,具有积极的现实意义。There is a higher incidence rate at the occupation Burnout in schools or colleges.Book File Staff in Higher Vocational and Technical Institutes are a special crowd with the dual identity of teacher and book file clerk,whose Occupation Burnout stays for a long time.How to prevent and eliminate the situation from its origin plays an active role in strengthening the personnel＇mind,improving their working efficiency and promoting the further development in the book file work.
