摘  要:目的探讨屈光不正和屈光参差性弱视患者的轮廓察觉特点。方法选取2009年1月至10月在广西视光中心就诊的60例(120眼)患者,分为屈光参差性弱视组、屈光不正性弱视组和对照组,每组各20例(40眼)。其中屈光参差性弱视组男10例,女10例,年龄(7.3±2.2)岁;屈光不正性弱视组男15例,女5例,年龄(6.7±1.6)岁;对照组男12例,女8例,年龄(7.0±1.5)岁。检测3组受试者的轮廓察觉阈值。使用SPSS13.0软件对3组受试者的年龄、最佳矫正视力、轮廓察觉阈值、平均双眼轮廓察觉阈值差异以及轮廓察觉缺陷率分别进行统计学分析。结果年龄:方差分析结果显示3组受试者年龄差异无统计学意义(F=0.480,P=0.621)。最佳矫正视力:屈光参差性弱视组为(0.275±0.237)LogMAR,屈光不正性弱视组为(0.323±0.148)LogMAR,对照组为(0.003±0.042)LogMAR,方差分析显示3组间差异有统计学意义(F=160.465,P=0.000);LSD法显示屈光参差性弱视组和屈光不正性弱视组之间的最佳矫正视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但此2组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。轮廓察觉阈值:屈光参差性弱视组为0.9±0.2,屈光不正性弱视组为1.1±0.1,对照组为0.7±0.1,方差分析显示3组间差异有显著统计学意义(F=81.344,P=0.000),3组间两两比较显示差异均有显著统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。平均双眼轮廓察觉阈值差异:屈光参差性弱视组为0.10±0.10,屈光不正性弱视组为0.04±0.08,对照组为0.04±0.05,方差分析结果显示:3组间差异有统计学意义(F=4.107,P=0.022);LSD法两两比较显示:对照组与屈光不正性弱视组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而屈光参差性弱视组分别与其他2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。轮廓察觉缺陷率:屈光参差性弱视组为50%(10/20)、屈光不正性弱视组为20%(4/20)、对照组为35%(7/20),卡方检验显示:3组间的轮廓察觉缺陷率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.956,P=0.Objective To investigate the characteristic of contour detection in anisometropic and ametropic amblyopes.Methods Sixty cases in Vision Science and Optometry Center of Guangxi were recruited in this study from January to October 2009,and divided equally into three groups which were anisometropic amblyopes [male 10 cases,female 10 cases,mean age(7.3±2.2)years old],ametropic amblyopes [male 15 cases,female 5 cases,mean age(6.7±1.6)years old],and control group [male 12 cases,female 8 cases,mean age(7.0±1.5)years old],respectively.A contour detection task defined by Gabor patches was used to exam the contour detection thresholds of the three groups.And age,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),contour detection threshold,mean interocular difference of contour detection threshold,and the rate of contour detection deficits of three groups were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software,respectively.Results Age:There was no statistical difference in ages among three groups(F=0.480,P=0.621).BCVA:BCVA in anisometropic amblyopic group,ametropic amblyopic group and control group were(0.275±0.237)LogMAR,(0.323±0.148)LogMAR and(0.003±0.042)LogMAR,respectively.There was statistical difference in BCVA among three groups(F=160.645,P=0.000).And no significant difference was showed between anisometropic amblyopes and ametropic amblyopes in BCVA(LSD,P〉0.05),but both of them showed lower in BCVA than control group(LSD,P〈0.01).Contour detection threshold(△ value):Contour detection threshold in anisometropic amblyopic group,ametropic amblyopic group and control group were 0.9±0.2,1.1±0.1 and 0.7±0.1.One way ANOVA showed significant differences among the three groups(F=81.344,P=0.000)and different from each other,as well(P〈0.01).Mean interocular contour detection threshold difference(△ value):Mean interocular contour detection threshold difference in anisometropic amblyopic group,ametropic amblyopic group and control group were 0.10±0.10,0.04±0.08 and 0.04±0.05.
