摘  要:目的探讨实时超声弹性成像在前列腺良恶性病变中的应用价值。方法观察经病理证实的61例前列腺病变患者共69个病灶的超声弹性表现,分析良恶性病变患者弹性分级的差别,并计算超声弹性分级的敏感度、特异度及准确率。结果前列腺良性病变的弹性分级以Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为主,恶性病变的弹性分级以Ⅲ~Ⅴ级为主。超声弹性分级鉴别前列腺良恶性病变的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为77.78%(28/36)、72.73%(24/33)、75.36%(52/69)。结论实时超声弹性成像有助于判断前列腺病变的良恶性。Objective To explore real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic diseases.Methods Ultrasonic imaging features of 61 patients with 69 lesions of prostatic diseases proved by pathology were observed.Differences of benign and malignant lesions in elasticity grade were analyzed,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate were calculated.Results The majority of the elasticity grade in benign lesions was grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ,while malignant lesions covered grade Ⅲ—Ⅴ.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of real-time ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of malignant lesions was 77.78%(28/36),72.73%(24/33) and 75.36%(52/69),respectively.Conclusion Real-time ultrasonic elastography is useful in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic diseases.
