摘 要:目的探讨藏药八味沉香散对低氧大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 W istar大鼠随机分5组,为常氧对照组、低氧组和八味沉香散高、中、低剂量组。将低氧组和八味沉香散高、中、低剂量组放入模拟海拔5 500 m的低氧低压舱内;常氧对照组和低氧组每天0.9%生理盐水灌胃,八味沉香散组每天以成人剂量的20倍、15倍和10倍灌胃,连续给药14 d,制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,测血清血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的值。结果八味沉香散不同剂量组可显著降低ET-1含量(P<0.05),同时MDA、SOD、GSH、GSH-Px和NO与低氧组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论八味沉香散在低氧环境下对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。Objective To explore the effect of Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder on hypoxic cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups for the normoxic control,hypoxic and Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder scattered high,medium and low-dose groups.Rats in hypoxic and Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder scattered high,medium and low-dose groups were placed into the low-voltage analog cabin altitude of 5 500 meters hypoxia.Rats in normoxic control and the hypoxic groups were fed with 0.9% saline.Rats in Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder groups were fed with drug in adult dose of 20,15 and 10 times for 14 days.Model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was made.Hb,Hct,malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)-1 were measured.Results Different dose of Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder could significantly reduce the ET-1 levels(P0.05),while compared with hypoxia group,MDA,SOD,GSH,GSH-Px and NO in Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder groups were also significantly different(P0.05).Conclusions Tibetan Bawei chenxiang powder under hypoxia has protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
