女贞子与紫珠叶联合用药在体外肿瘤细胞增殖抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:对女贞子与紫珠叶的抗肿瘤进行活性研究。方法:MTT比色法测定比较女贞子、紫珠叶及二者混合药液对人胃癌SG—79014细胞增殖抑制作用。结果:在相同反应条件下,女贞子与紫珠叶联合用药胃癌SG—79014细胞生长增殖抑制率较二者单独用药高。结论:女贞子与紫珠叶联合用药抗肿瘤效果较二者单一用药强。Objective：In order to evaluate the antitumor activity of ligustrum lucidum and taiwan Beautyberry Leaf.Methods：The effects of ligustrum lucidum,taiwan beautyberry Leaf and two mixed physic liquor in human cancer SG-79014 cell proliferation of inhibition using MTT assay.Results：In the same reaction conditions,two mixed physic liquor can bring greater human stomach SG-79014 cell proliferation inhibition rate than either drug used respectively.Conclusion：Ligustrum lucidum and taiwan Beautyberry Leaf combination has stronger greater antitumous effect than each of them.
