摘  要:目的检测PI3K、p-AKT及AFP在肝细胞癌组织中的表达并探讨三者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例肝细胞癌组织和10例正常肝组织中PI3K、p-AKT及AFP三种蛋白的表达情况。结果 PI3K及p-AKT的阳性表达主要位于肿瘤细胞的胞浆内,AFP的阳性表达主要位于细胞核或细胞浆内。PI3K、p-AKT及AFP在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为71.4%、66.6%和78.5%,均显著高于三者在正常肝组织中的表达程度。PI3K、p-AKT及AFP三者间的表达呈正相关。结论 PI3K、p-AKT及AFP的表达在肝癌的发展中起重要作用,PI3K/AKT信号通路的激活可能受AFP的高表达促进。Objective To explore the expression of PI3K,p-AKT and AFP proteins in hepatocellular carcinoma and to analyze the correlations among them.Methods The expressions of PI3K,p-AKT and AFP in 43 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 10 cases of normal hepatic were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results The positive staining of PI3K and p-AKT predominantly was observed in the cytoplasm of tumorous cells while that of AFP was predominantly observed in the cytoplasm or nucleus.The positive expression rates of PI3K、p-AKT and AFP were 71.4%,66.6% and 78.5% respectively in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,notablely higher than those in normal hepatic tissue.Positive correlations were found among the 3 proteins.Conclusion The expressions of PI3K,p-AKT and AFP are very important in the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma.The high expression of AFP may activate the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
