前臂内侧皮神经痛的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨前臂内侧皮神经痛的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院软组织门诊中明确为前臂内侧皮神经痛的10例患者的临床资料,其治疗均采用25 mg强地松龙混悬液加2%利多卡因5 mL及生理盐水5 mL局部封闭。结果所有病例皆在注射后10 min内止痛或疼痛显著减轻,8例1周后痊愈。2例经第二次封闭后痊愈。结论前臂内侧皮神经痛首选强的松龙局部封闭,疗效肯定值得推广。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of medial antebrachial cutaneous neuralgia. Methods Totally 10 cases of diagnosed medial antebrachial cutaneous neuralgia were collected in our outpatient department. All were treated by local injection of prednisolone （25 mg） plus 2% liedocaine （5 mL） and normal saline （5 mL） to deep fascia of the inner arm where the nerve is passing through. Results The pain of all patients was relieved several minutes after the injection. Eight cases recovered completely one week later while the remaining recovered after the second injection. Conclusion Treating medial antebrachial cutaneous neuralgia with local injection of prednis- olone is effective and the method is worth promoting.
