助学贷款受信者的心理物理学债务容忍度研究

摘　　要：以东西部7所高校中的818名受信学生为被试,采用《助学贷款受信学生债务容忍度问卷》及《助学贷款政策态度问卷》,考察了被试的心理物理学助贷债务容忍度及助贷服务满意度。结果发现:(1)高、中、低特质债务容忍度受信者在还贷期限上的心理物理学债务容忍度存在显著差异。低特质债务容忍度组的上、下还贷期限基本落在当前政策规定的6年范围内,而中、高特质债务容忍度组均超出当前政策规定期限,其中,高特质债务容忍度组最高超出1～2年。(2)相对于低特质债务容忍度组,高特质债务容忍度组对助贷政策的服务(如贷款资格、贷款手续、贷款用途、利息计算、还贷催缴、违约惩罚等)满意度,显著低于低特质债务容忍度组。本研究为解释助贷受信者的守信和失信行为提供了征信数据。By means of testing 818 students from 7 universities in the eastern and western parts of China with two questionnaires,which are Loan Accredited Students＇ Debt Tolerance Questionnaire and Loan Policy Attitudes Questionnaire,the article examined the psychophysical debt tolerance and the debt service satisfaction of the subjects.The results show that 1） There exist significant differences in psychophysical debt tolerance among the accredited students with high,medium and low debt tolerance traits in terms of the repayment period.The group with low debt tolerance trait tend to repay generally within 6 years regulated by the current policy,whereas the groups with medium and high debt tolerance traits are both beyond the limits of repayment made by current policies and regulations,especially,the high tolerance group delays one or two years at most;2） Compared with the low debt tolerance trait group,the group with high debt tolerance trait tend to be significantly less satisfied with the debt service in loan policies（such as loan eligibility,loan procedures,loan purpose,interest calculation,repayment reminders,contract violation penalties,etc.）.The research is helpful to provide credit data in order to explain the reasons for the credibility and discredit of loan accredited students behaviors.
