摘 要:以一台四缸进气道多点顺序喷射式汽油机为原型,开发了缸内直喷天然气发动机,并进行了不同燃烧室设计方案的仿真对比、电控系统和燃料供给系统的设计开发。对缸内直喷天然气发动机、原汽油机和天然气进气道喷射发动机进行了台架试验对比。结果表明,缸内直喷天然气发动机在中低转速时与原汽油机动力性相同,总功率和最大扭矩仅分别下降了3.8%和2.3%;缸内直喷天然气发动机较天然气进气道喷射发动机总功率和最大扭矩分别提高了7.7%和5.2%。Based on a 4-cylinder multiple-point sequential port-injection (PFI) gasoline engine, a natural gas direct-injection (NG-DI) engine was developed. The comparison of different designs for combustion chamber was studied by simulation, the electronic control system and fuel supply system were also designed and developed. Bench test was carried out to compare performance of NG-DI engine, base gasoline engine and natural gas port-injection engine. The test results show that the power and torque of NG-DI engine is very close to gasoline PFI at low & medium engine speed, and the maximum power and torque were reduced only by 3.8% and 2.3% respectively. Compared with natural gas PFI engine, the maximum power and torque of NG-DI engine were increased by 7.7% and 5.2% respectively.
