唐山市建设低碳城市问题研究

摘　　要：低碳经济时代的来临以及我国城市化进程的进一步加快,使人们普遍意识到要加快"低碳城市"创建步伐。本文通过对唐山市发展低碳经济情况的调查与分析,了解到唐山市在建设低碳型城市过程中所具备的一些优势,但同时也发现其在建设过程中所存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出了相应的对策建议,以实现低碳经济模式下"低碳城市"的合理规划与建设,从而有效推动我国城市的可持续发展。With the coming of low-carbon economy era and further acceleration of our country＇s urbanization process,people generally aware of need to speeding up the low-carbon city construction.Through the investigation and analysis on the low carbon economy development in Tangshan,this paper has found that Tangshan has some advantages in the process of developing low-carbon economy and some problems.The paper comes up with some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to realize the rational planning and construction so as to effectively promote the sustainable development of our country＇s cities.
