摘 要:矿山地质灾害具有链式效应,分析了平顶山煤矿主要地质灾害链的激发环、损害环和致灾环。随其发展造成灾害(损害环)的涉及面逐步扩大,同时治理的成本增加,而且有一些灾害在短时期内无法修复,提出在减灾对策中宜在上游链环上采取措施,以便获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。在灾害链的源头及各环节提出了断链环,阻止灾害向下一环节延伸,及时治理地质灾害,从而减轻灾害的损失。并进行了实例研究,对灾害链的源头及各环节采取切断链环,阻止灾害的发展,为构建绿色矿山提供了科学依据。The geological hazard in coal mining area has chain-form. The disaster formation links, triggering links and damage links of main geological hazards in coal mining area were analyzed. The disaster may extend for many objections as the developing of the geological hazards and the cost to tackle them would increase. And there are some disasters which could not be restored in a short time such as Endemic diseases. The effective measures must be taken at the headstream of the chains for economic and social benefits. The chain breaking links of the headstream and every node are put forward to hold back the disasters extending and to mitigate the disasters. These countermeasures are practiced in Pingdingshan coal mining area and the results show that they are efficiency.
