养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法将130例临床确诊为偏头痛的患者随机分为2组,养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵组（治疗组）65例,单用西比灵组（对照组）65例。治疗组给予养血清脑颗粒4g/次,3次/d,口服;西比灵10mg,每晚睡前服。对照组给予西比灵10mg每晚睡前服。2组均连续治疗8~12周。结果治疗组总有效率为95.4%,与对照组81.5%,比较差异有统计学意义。结论养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵可明显改善偏头痛患者的头痛发作程度。Objective To study the effect of Yangxueqingnao panicles and Flunarizine in treatment of migraine patients. Methods Totally 130 patients diagnosed as migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups Yangxueqingnao Granule and flunarizine group （treatment group） 65 cases and flunarizine alone （control group） 65 cases. The treatment group received Yangxueqingnao panicles 4g,/time, 3 times/d, orally, flunarizine 10mg, every night before bedtime. Control group was given 10rag of flunarizine right before bedtime. 2 groups were treated continuously from 8 to 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 95.4%, 81.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The combined Yangxueqingnao and flunarizine panicles can significantly improve the patients with migraine.
