半夏厚朴汤加味联合西药治疗胃食管反流病58例  

Combined Therapy of Modified Ban Xia Hou Pu Decoction and Western Medicine for the Treatment of 58 Cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

摘　　要：目的观察半夏厚朴汤加味联合西药治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法 114例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予口服雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊及多潘立酮片治疗,治疗组在服用上述西药基础上配合半夏厚朴汤加味治疗,观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.55%,对照组总有效率78.57%,两组疗效有明显差异(χ2=8.55,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合组治疗胃食管反流病疗效明显优于西医组。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy of modified Bany Xia Hou Pu decoction and western medicine for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods： 114 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and domperidone tablets.The therapeutic group was administered with modified Ban Xia Hou Pu decoction besides the above-mentioned western medicine.The effects of the two groups were observed.Results： The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 96.55 %,and that of the control group was 78.57 %.The difference was significant（Χ2=8.55,P0.01）.Conclusion： The effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group was obviously better than that of the western medicine group.
