雌、孕激素受体及PS2蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤中的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)及PS2蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学法,检测68例甲状腺腺瘤组织中ER、PR及PS2蛋白的表达水平。结果在甲状腺腺瘤中ER、PR及PS2蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.6%、51.5%和30.9%。实验组与对照组之间ER及PR有显著性差异,PS2蛋白无显著性差异。不同组织学类型及不同性别之间ER、PR及PS2蛋白表达具无显著性差异。结论部分甲状腺腺瘤具有雌激素依赖特点,ER、PR可能是一种较好的甲状腺腺瘤标志物。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of estrogen receptor（ER）,progesterone receptor（PR） and PS2 protein in thyroid adenoma.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to assess ER,PR and PS2 protein in 68 specimens of thyroid adenoma.Results The positive rate of ER,PR and PS2 protein was 67.6%,51.5%and 30.9% respectively in tissue of thyroid adenoma.The expression of ER and PR was significantly different between experimental group and control group,but PS2 protein was not.There was not significant differences of ER,PR and PS2 protein in different histological type and sexuality.Conclusions Estrogenic hormone dependent is a feature of part thyroid adenoma.Perhaps,ER and PR is one of the biological markers of thyroid adenoma.
