摘　　要：目的探讨CT在胰岛细胞瘤中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术证实的12例胰岛细胞瘤CT表现,其中功能性胰岛细胞瘤10例,无功能性胰岛细胞瘤2例。结果 10例功能性胰岛细胞瘤的平均大小为16mm,2例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的最大径分别为21mm、55mm。平扫绝大部分病灶呈等密度,增强后动脉期肿瘤均匀明显强化呈高密度,静脉期呈稍高密度或等密度。结论 CT增强扫描在胰岛细胞瘤的诊断中有较大价值,可在术前提供重要信息。Objective To analyze the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of islet cell tumor. Methods The CT findings of islet cell tumors in 12 cases confirmed by surgery were analyzed retrospectively. There were 10 functioning islet cell tumors and 2 nonfunctioning islet cell tumors. Results The mean sizes of 10 functioning islet cell tumors were 16ram. The sizes of 2 nonfunctioning islet cell tumors were 21ram and 55ram respectively. Isodensity was shown in the most of cases on plain scanning. Obviously well-dis- tributed enrichment of tumors could be seen after enhancement in the arterial phase,and hyperdense or isodense was shown in the venous phase. Conclusion Enhanced CT has considerable value for detection of islet cell tumors,and can provide important information in the preoperative.
