摘　　要：目的 探讨Fas相关磷酸酯酶1（FAP-1）和RAC-1在胆囊癌中的表达及其与胆囊癌侵袭转移之间的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SP技术,检测30例胆囊癌组织中FAP-1和RAC-1的表达.分析其与胆囊癌侵袭转移之间关系.结果 30例胆囊癌组织中FAP-1和RAC-1的表达与胆囊癌的侵袭转移能力密切相关,FAP-1和RAC-1的表达具有高度协同性.结论 FAP-1和RAC-1的表达能反映胆囊癌的侵袭转移能力,联合检测两种蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达,可以更准确判断胆囊癌的恶性程度和生物学行为.Objective To investigate the association of the expression of FAP - 1 and RAC - 1 in primary gallbladder carcinoma（PGC） with metastasis character of PGC. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of FAP - 1 and RAC - 1 in PGC tissues （ n = 30）. The relationship between the expression and the invasion and metastasis characters of PGC was examined. Results The expression of FAP - 1 and RAC - 1 in PGC had a close relation with metastasis potential of tumor. Conclusion The expression of FAP - 1 and RAC - 1 in PGC may reflect the metastasis characters of PGC and detection for FAP - 1 and RAC - 1 in PGC may help judge the malignant degree and biological behaviors of PGC.
