摘　　要：差异是事物和谐发展的基础,和谐社会是一种差异性社会。当前,社会生活的某些领域却呈现出差异扩大的趋势。分析差异问题、厘清和谐社会与差异之间的关系,构建以社会公平正义为基本维度的差异控制机制,在最大程度上实现经济发展与社会稳定之间的动态平衡,是保障社会的和谐与安定、最终实现共同富裕之本。Differences are the basis of harmonious social development;harmonious society is a society full of differences.At present,the tendency of enlarging the differences exists in some fields of social life.So analyzing the differences,clarifying the relationships between harmonious society and differences,constructing the difference controlling system based on social justice,and balancing the economic development and social stability actively at the most are essential to guarantee the social harmony and stability in order to realize common prosperity.
