摘 要:目的建立海南产辣蓼、胆木、三叉苦、薜荔4种黎药药材的重金属元素含量测定方法,测定其重金属元素含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收法建立辣蓼等4种黎药药材的重金属铜元素的分析检测方法;采用氢化物原子荧光法建立辣蓼等4种黎药药材的重金属铅,镉、砷、汞元素的分析检测方法。结果 5种元素的线性相关系数为0.992,精密度小于2.5%,回收率为95%~105%,4种黎药药材的重金属元素含量均符合绿色中药标准。结论该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于四种药材的质量控制。Aim To establish the methods for detection of heavy metal contents in the Li Nationality medicines(LNH) of Polygonum hydropiper,Nauclea officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.,Euodia lepta(spreng.) Merr.,Ficus pumila L.Methods The content of Cu was detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg were detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The linear correlation coefficients of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,and Hg were 0.999.The recoveries were 95%~105%,and the precisions were less than 2.5%.Levels of heavy metals in the four medicines were within the extent of green standard for traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The detection method is convenient,precise and reliable for the quality control of the four LNH.:
