摘  要:本文以黑莓籽为原料,超声波辅助提取黑莓籽油,用自由基清除能力、红细胞氧化溶血作用、肝匀浆丙二醛生成作用和抑制肝线粒体肿胀的方法,研究了黑莓籽油在体外的抗氧化作用。结果表明,黑莓籽油能有效清除自由基,在5 mg/mL时,对1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼和羟基自由基的清除率高达56.21%和71.62%,它们的IC50值分别为4.48 mg/mL和4.10 mg/mL。黑莓籽油能有效抑制H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞氧化溶血作用和VC3/FeSO4体系诱导的小鼠肝组织丙二醛生成的作用及VC3/FeSO4体系诱导的小鼠肝线粒体肿胀,说明黑莓籽油在体外有较强的抗氧化活性。With blackberry seeds as raw material, the ultrasound-assistant extraction metlaoo was useu to extract blackberry seed oil. The antioxidant activities of blackberry seed oil in vitro were evaluated by determining its ability to scavenge free radicals and inhibit erythrocyte hemolytic, malonaldehyde generation and mitochondfia swelling. The results showed that blackberry seed oil effectively scavenged free radicals. When the concentration of black berry seed oil was 5 mg/mL,the scavenging rates to DPPH and hydroxyl free radicals respectively reached 56.21% and 71.62% ,of which the ICs0 values were 4.48 mg/mL and 4.10 mg/mL respectively. The blackberry seed oil effectively inhibited erythrocyte hemolysis induced by H202, malonaldehyde generation and mitochondria swelling induced by VC FeSO4 system. The results also showed that blackberry seed oil had remarkable antioxidant activities in vitro.
