农林院校大学生就业观存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：随着社会就业形势的日趋严峻,农林院校大学生面临的就业压力与日俱增,其就业观呈现出诸多问题,因此树立正确的就业观势在必行。剖析了农林院校大学生就业方面存在的问题,并阐述问题产生的原因,然后针对性的从5个方面提出解决措施,从而帮助农林院校的大学生纠正传统就业观的偏差,增强农林院校大学生的就业竞争力。With the worsening employment situation of society, Agricultural and Forestry Colleges face the increasing pressure of employment, the employment outlook presents many problems, and therefore, it is imperative to establish a correct concept of employment. This paper analyzes the problems about Agricultural and Forestry Colleges, and explains the causes of the problems, and then from the five aspects targeted solutions proposed to help college students to correct the traditional Agricultural and Forestry Colleges in view of the deviation of employment, and enhance the employability and competitiveness of Agricultural and Forestry Colleges.
