军营特质对地方入伍大学生干部自我价值实现的影响

摘　　要：现代化战争是人才的争夺战,招收并且培养使用好大学生干部,最大限度地发挥人才在部队建设中的积极作用,重视其自我价值的实现是部队留住人才的关键。在对某总队地方入伍大学生干部自我价值实现进行调查的基础上,笔者分析了军营特质对这一特殊群体的影响并提出相应的建议。The survey shows that the modern war is the war for genius. It is important to reinforce foster and employ to local college student cadre. The armed forces should make the most of their knowledge, and attach importance to the realization that their value. Under the observation of the achieving self-value of the local college student cadres, the writer analyses the influence of the social characteristics of army on the achieving self-value of the local college student cadres.
