摘　　要：2009年4—10月,对48例麋鹿头骨的11项形态学基本指标进行了测量和统计学分析,结果表明:麋鹿头骨在4岁前生长发育迅速,4岁之后生长速率趋缓,说明麋鹿头骨的发育滞后于体成熟;头骨各变量间相关性程度具有一定的差异,但多数达到相关显著或极显著;雌雄麋鹿头骨之间的差异极显著,属于典型的性二型动物,与其他鹿科动物相比,麋鹿头骨狭长,鼻腔发达,很多特征与其生存的湿地环境相适应,是适应进化的结果。Eleven morphological indexes of skull of 48 Père David＇s deer were determined during April-October,2009.The skull of Père David＇s deer under 4 years old grew very fast,after then the skull grew slowly.Results show that the skull development in Père David＇s deer lags behind its body maturation.Correlations between all the variables of the skull are different,but there are highly significant or significant differences between most variables.Extremely significant differences in morphological indexes of the skull were observed between male and female deer,indicating that Père David＇s deer are sexually dimorphic animals.Compared with other deer,Père David＇s deer have long and narrow skull with developed nasal cavity,and most characteristics are in conformity with the wetland environments they live in.
