摘 要:采用平衡吸附方法,对黑土吸附多菌灵及其解吸行为进行了研究。结果表明:黑土对多菌灵的吸附经历了快速吸附、减速吸附和平衡吸附3个阶段,吸附平衡基本在4 h内完成;对多菌灵的解吸也经历了快速解吸、减速解吸和平衡解吸3个阶段,解吸平衡也在4 h内完成。随水相中多菌灵质量浓度的增加,多菌灵的吸附量和解吸量逐渐增加,但解吸率逐渐降低。在试验多菌灵质量浓度范围内,多菌灵的最大吸附量为860 mg.kg-1、最大解吸量为58.60 mg.kg-1。随有机质质量分数的增加,多菌灵的吸附量增大,但解吸率降低。Equilibrium adsorption method was used to study the adsorption and desorption of carbendazim in black soil.Results showed that carbendazim in black soil experienced three stages,which were rapid adsorption,slow adsorption and equilibrium adsorption.The adsorption completed within 4h.Desorption of carbendazim also passed through three phases,namely rapid desorption,slow desorption and balance desorption.Desorption was also completed in 4h.With the increase of the concentration in the aqueous phase,adsorption and desorption of carbendazim gradually increased,but the desorption rate gradually decreased.The maximum adsorption of carbendazim in the tested concentration capacity was 860mg·kg-1 and the maximum desorption capacity was 58.60mg·kg-1.With increasing organic matter content,the amount of carbendazim adsorption increased,but desorption decreased.
