摘  要:目的:通过荧光组织化学方法,观察局部脑淋巴滞留后血管周围间隙(VRS)特点及BSA在VRS内循环分布规律。方法:40只SD雄性大鼠,分为24、48h假手术组(各10只),24、48h模型组(各10只);模型组采用脑表浅动脉半结扎术造成局部淋巴循环障碍;假手术组开颅分离浅表动脉而不行半结扎。分时间点做冰冻切片,荧光显微镜下观察BSA在VRS内分布规律,进行扩张VRS计数,统计分析。结果:荧光显微镜下,BSA多聚集在VRS中,在半结扎皮层下VRS中BSA更为集中。模型组相应皮层及皮层下可见明显扩张的VRS,扩张数目与假手术组相比显著增多(P<0.01);24、48h假手术组之间无明显差异(P>0.01)。结论:脑局部淋巴循环受阻可引起相应部位的VRS扩张,VRS是颅内淋巴循环路径之一。Objective To detected the distribution feature by observing the Virchow-Robin spaces(VRS)and the bovine serum albumin(BSA),via fluorescence histochemistry.Methods 40 SD male rats were divided into four groups:24 h model group,48 h model group,24 h sham group,and 48 h sham group(n = 10).Semi-ligation surgery on cerebral superficial arteries was performed to cause the focal lymphatic circulation disorder in model groups.Rats in sham groups underwent cerebral superficial artery detachment without semi-ligation.The brain tissues of rats were sliced into sections with a freezing microtome after perfusion fixation and observed under fluorescence microscope.The features of VRS were observed and the expand VRS quantified.Results BSA was collected in VRS,scattered,and clustered.It was apparent under the cortex of the semi-ligation.The mean VRS numbers in model groups were significantly larger than the sham groups(P 0.01).There were no significant differences in the mean VRS numbers between 24 h and 48 h model groups(P 0.01).Conclusions Regional lymphatic encephalopathy can cause the expansion of the VRS,and the VRS is one of the paths of cerebral lymphatic circulation.
