摘 要:针对红外偏振图像的突显目标轮廓的能力及增强景物细节信息的特点,提出基于小波包变换法的红外偏振图像灰度级融合方法,对辐射强度图像及偏振信息图像进行有效融合.通过与常用的红外图像融合方法进行客观比较,表明通过小波包变换法得到的融合图像的对比度值、信息熵及互信息值均比较高,该方法有利于场景感知和目标识别.Based on the characteristics that the infrared polarization image can highlight the target contour and enhance the detail of the scene, an infrared polarization fusion method based on wavelet packet transform is proposed in this paper. It is found that the contrast degree, information entropy and mutual information of the fusion image based on wavelet packet transform are all higher than that based on commonly used method, and it has the similar expression in the conclusion of subjective evaluation. The results indicate that the wavelet packet transform is an effectively fusing method for infrared polarization images and the proposed method is beneficial to scene perception and target recognition.
