摘　　要：随着知识经济的到来,人力资源将是"21世纪第一资源"。人力资源竞争力将成为新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称新疆)获取可持续发展动力的源泉,成为新疆企业的相互竞争的焦点。本文在对新疆人力资源竞争力的涵义、特征进行探讨的基础上,构建了新疆人力资源竞争力综合评价指标体系,运用定量分析方法和规范性分析方法,对新疆人力资源竞争力进行了分析评价。最后依据新疆人力资源竞争力存在的问题,提出了几点对策。With the advent of knowledge economy,human resources will be ＂the first resources of 21st century＂.The competitiveness of human resources,the competing focus of Xinjiang enterprises,will become the power source for Xinjiang to gain sustainable development.Based on the discussion of connotation and characteristic of human resources competitiveness in Xinjiang,the paper constructed the competitiveness evaluation index system,then using quantitative analysis method and normative analysis method to analyze the human resources competitiveness of Xinjiang.Finally,according to problems of the human resources competitiveness,countermeasures will be provided in the paper.
