摘  要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法,测定三七乳膏中人参皂苷(Rg1)的含量。方法:固定相采用Kromasil-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm ID,5μm);流动相为:乙腈-水(0.05%磷酸溶液)(60:40,v/v),流速1.5mL.min-1,检测波长203nm。结果:图谱显示通过改变流速缩短了出峰的保留时间,同时阴性对照也显示了此处不受乳膏基质成分的干扰;人参皂苷(Rg1)在1252000μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),线性方程为Y=123189x+200,平均回收率分别为97.9%(n=3)。精密度RSD为0.7%。结论:该方法操作简便,快速,精密度高,专属性好,结果准确,可作为该制剂质量控制标准。Objective:To develop a reversed-phase HPLC method for determination of Rg1 in Radix Notoginseng(san qi)cream.Methods:The Rg1 was chromatographically separated on a Kromasil-C18 column(150mm×4.6mm ID,5μm)using a isocratic mobile phase composed of acetinitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(60:40,v/v)running at a flow rate of 1.5mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 203nm.Results:The HPLC resulted in baseline separation of Rg1 with no interference from cream matrix,good linearity ranged from 125μg·mL-1 to 2000μg·mL-1(r=0.9993)with a linearity equation of Y=123189x+200,average recovery of 97.9% and precision(RSD)of 0.7%.Conclusion:This method is easy and quick to operate and has high precision,specificity and accuracy,and thus can be used for quality control of this cream preparation.
