摘 要:培养创新人才,不仅是民族进步和国家振兴的要求,也是个人发展的需要。学分制教学管理,有利于因材施教,赋予学生较多的自主选择权,突出学生的主体地位,提高学生的主动性和积极性,拓宽学生知识面,促进学生个性全面发展,增强学生的适应能力和竞争能力,符合创新型人才培养的基本特征。因此,要通过学分制改革培养创新型人才,必须从观念和制度层面把握学分制的合理内核,充分认识学分制本身存在弊端以及所需的条件,把创新型人才培养的特征融入学分制培养模式中。Cultivating innovative talent, is not only the requirement of national progress and national re- juvenation,but also the request of the individual's development. The credit system of teaching ma.nagement meets the basic characteristics of innovative talents,which is contribute to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,entrusting with the student many independent options, and obviously emphasizeing on stu- dent's main body status.What's more,it's also can enhance student's initiative and the enthusiasm, expand as- pect of knowledge, promote the student individuality full scale development, and strengthen student's adap- tiveness and competitive ability.Therefore,we must grasp credit system's reasonable essence from the idea and the system stratification plane ,fully realize the credit system's drawbacks and the required conditions , and integrate the innovation personnel training's characteristic into the credit system raise pattern to cultivating innovation talented person.
