动画大学生综合素质教育培养模式的构建与教学内容改革

摘　　要：目前,国产动画业虽蓬勃发展,却难创一流,而综合型人才培养能够为动画市场的发展解近忧且谋远虑。高校动画专业应构建人文、艺术、科学合流的教育模式,广设通识课程,培养出创造意识敏锐、思维灵动跳跃、文化底蕴深厚、技能扎实稳固、兼具团队精神的综合型人才,为遭遇瓶颈的动画产业提供丰盈给养。Domestic animation industry is developing vigorously now,but it is difficult do reach the first class.However,the training of comprehensive talents can not only relieve the recent worry of animation market,but also make a long-term plan for it.College animation major should construct the educational mode with the confluence of humanities,artist and science,set up general education curriculums,in order to cultivate comprehensive talents with acute creative consciousness,active thoughts,profound cultural detail,skilled technique and team spirit,and provide rich provisions for the animation industry.
