TPX2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测TPX2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达,分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法对80例子宫内膜样腺癌组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织进行TPX2蛋白的检测,采用2χ检验进行统计学处理。结果 (1)TPX2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达率为72.5%,高于正常子宫内膜的5.0%(P<0.05)。(2)淋巴结转移者TPX2蛋白表达率为86.36%,高于无淋巴结转移者的55.56%(P<0.05);浸润深度≥1/2肌层者的TPX2蛋白表达率为82.98%,高于<1/2肌层组的57.58%(P<0.05)。结论 TPX2蛋白高表达能促进子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression of TPX2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and analyze the correlation between its expression and clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods Expression of TPX2 in 80 endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 normal endometrial tissues was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method.The results were analyzed by χ2 test.Results（1） The positive rate of TPX2 was higher in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues（72.5%） than that in normal endometrial tissues（5.0%）,showing statistic significance（P0.05）.（2） The expression of TPX2 in patients with lymph node metastasis（86.36%）was higher than these without lymph node metastasis as well as its expression in patients with muscle invasive depth≥1/2 muscular layer was higher than those 1/2 muscular layer（57.58%）with statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The increasing expression of TPX2 could accelerate the generation and development of the endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
